Arabesque Global (AG) respects your right to privacy.
We recognize clients may provide, and will, from time to time be providing us with information
(“Information”) about your company, your clients (end consumers), retail agents and your own
personal information. In some cases, additional information is retained and collected such as detailed
product and rate information.
From time-to-time AG may be dealing with multiple stakeholders in the travel industry and
have in its possession competitive information. This information will remain confidential.
All four (4) stakeholders: suppliers, wholesale companies, retail agents and consumers will be
referred to as (“parties”) in the balance of this document.
It is AG common practice to sign mutual non-disclosure agreements with all clients.
Furthermore, AG will not represent direct competitors in the same marketplace unless otherwise
previously agreed to in writing. However, it is possible with current clients from the aforementioned
parties, AG may have had past dealings with competitors. This information shall and will always
remain confidential.
As a leading product and sales outsourcing organization, AG may deal with various trusted
industry third parties of either the parties or AG and these third parties may have limited access to
the Information we hold for the purpose of delivering the product and services that you have
purchased from AG. Prior to sharing information it will be agreed to in writing who can be contacted
on behalf of the parties by AG (as agents of the parties) to fulfill the services under the deliverables
agreement.
AG may use and disclose to parties relationships with clients without sharing Information (other than
financial information) for the purposes of selectively including you in advertising and marketing
campaigns designed to increase the awareness of AG. Some of our advertising and marketing
campaigns include sending out newsletters and publishing names on website. If you do not want
your company disclosed in this manner please indicate in writing to AG under the ‘Contact Us’ section
at the conclusion of this document.
AG may use, share among us and disclose to the third parties described in this document, any or all
of the Information we have collected to the extent that its use and disclosure are
necessary for us and the third parties described to fulfill our service obligations to you and
accomplish the following purposes:
AG may disclose your Information to third parties such as travel agencies to assist in the
destination awareness and product launch services;
We may also use and share your Information among us to respond to your request for products,
services or information, improve the quality and efficiency of the services, information and products
we provide to you, including asking you directly for additional consent.
We hold your Information as long as we feel is necessary to effectively provide our products
and services to you for the various purposes as outlined in this document or as required by the law.
All Information is safely secured on the premises of AG including computer and paper records with
restricted access by designated company officials. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
